I understand the following terms:

Fee

The $125 includes monthly transmissions, once per month for 12 months, from January 4, 2026 through December 6, 2026.

Non-refundable

The payment is non-refundable whether I choose to attend or not in any or all of the 12 sessions.

I forfeit receiving the January transmission, having been given the opportunity to register and participate prior to the transmission in January.

Arrival Time

Admittance closes at 11:10, as the transmission will already be underway, and late entry can disrupt the resonant field.

  I understand that the services that Dr. Sinling Jung provides are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Nor does her services suggest diagnosis, treatments, cures or prevention for any dis-ease, disorders or conditions. I further understand that it is my responsibility to consult my medical physician or health care professional for any health concerns. 

     I further understand that although immediate shifts may occur, the experience and results with Dr. Sinling Jung may vary depending upon my receptivity and awareness level.

Themes

Please know that although monthly themes will be given in advance, themes may be adjusted to accommodate the synergistic needs of the group as a collective whole in the present moment.

Confidentiality

Sharing my experiences or feedback with the group is optional and voluntary only.  Any sharing from participants remains confidential, to preserve the container for deepening group experiences in the subsequent sessions.

Free will

I declare that I am of sound mind and body to engage in the services that Dr. Sinling Jung     

provides and that I exercise my own free will.

Responsibility

I understand that I am fully responsible for using the transmissions that Dr. Sinling Jung offers in the way they are intended with the highest regard  for my well-being.  Further, I understand that I choose and am responsible in terms of what I accept, disregard, resist, use, or misuse all or any part of the experiential information, recommendations, and modalities.

Recordings        

Recording of any portion of each session is prohibited to preserve the resonant field and the confidentiality of participants.

Agreement

I acknowledge and accept these Terms of Service, which expires December 5, 2026.
